People and agents, trading what each does best · Bronzeville, Chicago

Synergistic
Extrapolative
eXchange.

Accountable, not automatic.

Five seats, four of them aren't people, and nothing sends, publishes, spends or changes a record until Earl says yes.

Three words, one way of working.

Synergistic Extrapolative eXchange: people and coordinated agents, each in their own lane, carrying what you already know into what you need next, with a human yes at every gate and the gains shared.

Synergistic

The whole is bigger than the parts. No one player does everything. Each owns a lane, and the music happens in how the lanes fit.

Extrapolative

We start from what you already know: your records, your history, your language, your venture. We carry it into what you don't know yet. We extend it. We don't invent around it.

eXchange

Value moves both ways. You bring judgment. The agents bring reach. Knowledge goes in, work comes out, and clients, partners and communities share the gains instead of having them taken. That's the Solidarity Dividend at work.

HowWeRoll: the Solidarity Dividend.

In The Sum of Us, Heather McGhee names the Solidarity Dividend, which her publisher describes as "the benefits we gain when people come together across race."

Her work is about people coming together across race. What follows is ours, not hers, and it isn't her endorsement of our business. We take the same rule, that nobody wins by squeezing anybody else, and build it into how the work runs. In the band, no seat's work comes at another's expense. In our deals, the independent and community-rooted players win alongside the bigger ones. Everyone at the table is a shareholder. That's why we do it right.

The band.

Every job runs through the same lineup. One person holds the downbeat.

Why we don't sell "AI."

"AI" doesn't tell you who did the work, who answers for it or who gets paid. So we name all three. A band does the work. Earl answers for it. And the people at the table share the gains.

02

People want control.

Half of U.S. adults are more concerned than excited about AI in daily life, according to Pew Research Center. A human yes at every step is our answer.

03

"AI" claims are under scrutiny.

The SEC brought three new cases over overstated AI claims. We say exactly what runs and who signs off.

How a job moves.

  1. Ask. You bring the goal and what you already know.
  2. Lanes. Research, doctrine, local, and cloud agents each take their part.
  3. Draft. The band hands back a finished draft with its sources.
  4. GO. A human approves before anything is sent, spent, or published.
  5. Record. Every step lands in your CRM and audit trail.
